What we invest in

Our properties fall into four main categories:

  • Commercial properties – offices, hotels, life science facilities and multi-tenant buildings in and around Denmark's larger cities. We let to single companies as well as to several tenants sharing one building with common facilities.
  • Housing – rental and owner-occupied homes developed for different stages of life: families, students, people over 50 and people in need of care.
  • Urban districts – larger, coherent areas that we develop together with municipalities and land development companies, often with housing at the centre.
  • Public-private partnerships – construction projects in which we finance and operate buildings needed by the state, regions or municipalities.

A long-term owner

We do not buy in order to sell again quickly. When we develop a property, we do so with the intention of owning and operating it for decades. This means we have a genuine stake in the property working well for the people who use it – both when it is completed and many years later.

Our property team consists of specialists in investment, development, letting and operations. We follow our projects from land acquisition to day-to-day operation.

Who we work with

We rarely develop alone. We work with municipalities, companies, educational institutions, advisers, contractors, institutions and other investors.

The collaboration varies from project to project. When we develop urban districts, we often do so in partnership with municipalities and land development companies, which set the framework for what the area should offer. When we build housing for specific groups, we involve those who know the group best – for example, educational institutions for student housing, and municipalities and operators for care homes. Commercial properties are often developed in dialogue with the future tenant, so the building meets the company's needs from day one. And in public-private partnerships, we work with the state, regions and municipalities on buildings that the public sector needs.
